Chris is a Solana Beach native, licensed California real estate agent, and lifelong surfer who’s been exploring Baja since the 1980s.
After earning his degree in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing from Cal State Long Beach, his love for the ocean and Baja’s laid-back lifestyle drew him south. He now splits his time between California and Baja Sur, where he’s building his first home in Cerritos and owns property in Todos Santos.
Having gone through the process himself, Chris understands what it takes to find home and build life in Baja—and he’s passionate about helping others do the same.
He’s also spent more than 15 years supporting local youth through surf sponsorships, giving back to the community that’s become his second home.
